In Iranian terms very high standard. It has very good location and has great internal design. Rooms were great, service excellent. We took also Iranian bath. It is more or less like hammam and was great experience. Also breakfast was better then in other hotels. Even it is a bit pricy, it was worth of it.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights . Checkin was pleasant and although we arrived early the reception did their very best to give us an early checkin. The appearance of the lobby was very nice and clean and staff were very polite and apparently did their very best to accomplish anything you asked for . Rooms were spacious and extremely clean with a nice minibar , wifi a bit tired and annoying though ! The location of the hotel is very good near to oldtown Shiraz . I strongly recommend the hotels taxi service for visiting the historical sites of Pasargad and Persepolis, you will get a full day ride for about 60$ , a little bit higher than the normal price but the drivers drive very safe and act professionally. Breakfast is mediocre but ok , I didn't try the restaurant but the coffeeshop was terrible!
A few small improvements and this hotel could be among the best .

This is a nicely designed and built modern hotel with good rooms and individually charming helpers, but it does have the slight feeling of an Eastern Bloc hotel before the collapse of communism, with poorish food and bureaucratic processes e.g we could not order food on the outside veranda. It is well located and has good facilities.
