Stopped at Michael Wood (northbound) for a quick bite to eat. The toilets were very clean and the overall service stop was clean, so no complaints about hygiene. After ordering our Burger King from the automated machine (there was a massive queue) we waited quite some time to be served. The staff was clearly flustered, and completely ignored the numbering system which led to further chaos. Half the time no one could hear what was being called out, or where to queue, which led to some people who had been waiting ages being pushed aside as new arrivals claimed their identical meals first. Drinks were served WAY before food, meaning no one knew what drink went with what meal. My partner wasn't even given his drink till we enquired, and found out the machine wasn't serving his choice so he had to choose another. And then when we finally got to eat, I found that i'd been given a bacon cheeseburger wrapped in an ordinary cheeseburger's wrapper. Would visit the station again, but will give BK a miss :/
