“Lovely dog friendly place to stay”

Great Walks. Lovely dog friendly pub nearby. Very nice place to stay, welcoming scones and bottle of wine a lovely touch. Hopefully we will return later this year.

“Could not be better!”
Reviewed 1 April 2016 for a stay in March 2016

Lovely cottage in a quiet and secluded spot. Comfortable and well equipped cottage, exceeded expectations, one of the nicest cottages we have stayed in.
Welcoming tea scones and cream, and a nice bottle of wine, greatly appreciated.

Dogs loved those little shape biscuits also.

“Wonderfully situated well equipped comfortable cottage”
Reviewed 15 March 2016 for a stay in March 2016

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hazelcott. The owners are very friendly, helpful and thoughtful. A traditional cream tea and bottle of wine were waiting in the cottage which went down exceptionally well and even dogs biscuits which naturally our 2 dogs loved. Loadsof marvellous walks on the doorstep and even a boot room so ideal in all weathers. I have never stayed in such a well equipped place - everything you could possibly need was there. I look forward to returning ASAP! So peaceful and relaxing.

“Peaceful, dog friendly and clean”
Reviewed 9 July 2015 for a stay in July 2015

This was a great property to explore Dartmoor. Plenty of walks on the doorstep and dog friendly. It was very quiet and private, although on the owners property we didn't see them but they were welcoming when we arrived and available if needed.
It was lovely to find a home made cream tea and bottle of prosecco. Lovely and clean including towels and bedding. Kitchen well equipped. Happy to recommend
