Has some good bars. And nicer than Fuengirola.Train station bit high up but oh well lift never worked and ticket machines were unreliable.

As a group of golfers we visit LB a couple of times a year, and we love it. We usually stay in Stella Maris or Jabega, self catering. The choice of cheap eateries or quality restaurants in the immediate vicinity is endless. Also countless small friendly bars in the narrow backstreets. Everything you need close at hand. The walking on the sea front is flat for miles in either direction.we usually travel in March and November, and the weather in normally georgeous. We have just returned after a week from 7th Nov and we never saw a cloud in the sky for the whole week shorts and tee shirts in the day with temps 18/20 degrees. Evenings a jumper was needed.the beach and the streets are kept very clean. The only area to be avoided at night is around the London Pub in Fuengirola late at night where ultra friendly persons want to make friends with you and pick your pockets. And believe me, they are experts.AVOID. Did not see that problem in Boliches. It's a great place to stay with something for everyone.
