We ate here last week, whilst staying at the parador close by. We had some of the best tapas we had during our holiday, the food was excellent.
Service good.
The location is fabulous, we ate outside and the view is fabulous.

Stayed at the nearby Parador, but full of large parties so preferred to eat elsewhere. Big mistake. This was by far the worst food of our 8 day holiday in Spain. Literally inedible croquettas and as for the 3 meat dishes ... Also, as someone else mentioned, stale bread. Go & look at the view but DO NOT eat here! A lot of locals sitting at the mirador opposite - we wondered if they were gathering to laugh at the gullible tourists eating here.

Firstly the view from the restaurant is spectacular and we booked a table outside beforehand. Make sure you go about 9pm so it is cool enough but a lovely breeze right on top of the hill.
We were initially disappointed that the waiter bought over several day old bread. When we mentioned this he did bring over fresh bread but we did feel that perhaps as tourists we were not getting their top service.
We chose a selection of tapas to share before deciding our mains and most of us then reordered some as they were so delicious. Of note the fish croquette and octopus. The burrata salad with figs was to die for and we'd highly recommend the pork cheeks and lamb leg. I'd avoid the meat pastry dish.
To summarise the food was nice, view amazing and fairly reasonable at €120 including wine for 5 adults.

What a great imaginative menu, so different in concept plus the fabulous option of "supertapas". Excellent food for sharing which is our preferred option. Good wine at good price, in fact all in all the price was exceptionally good for the quality and quantity. Helpful, friendly service and short walk from the Parador, where we were staying.

This is what you want in a provincial Spanish restaurant. Unpretentious, high quality, tasty. varied, and inexpensive. 5 tapa sized portions and a bottle of wine for 38 euro. France - take note!
