As I have already been to Baeza, I knew that parking is not difficult on the street, if you don't mind a 5 min walk to the hotel. And that's what we did, despite the fact the hotel has limited parking space you could book or that there is a public parking nearby.
The hotel is very well located and the staff is friendly and helpful. The room was quite spacious and the bathroom clean and big. The only disappointed of the room is the tiny tv and the lack of coffee facilities but there are plenty of restaurants nearby where you can have coffee or just a good dinner.
The buffet is well stocked and I could not even fault it.

The hotel is right at the center of things in Baeza, and a short distance from good restaurants, shopping and historical buildings. We dined in the restaurant and enjoyed the meal and service as well as the ambiance. It soon filled up with local people, so our assessment was well-founded.
My only complaint was about the wi-fi connection which was spotty and frequently interrupted in our room. I probably didn't need to read the NYT, anyway.

Room Tip: I suggest parking in the public lot near the university after you drop your bags. The hotel garage has a tight entrance.

Despite reservation for a parking place by mail and for dinner on new years evening and confirmation from them by email, nothing was arranged. After discussing, there was a parking space, but dinner fully booked and all restaurants in the town closed. Alternative suggested was first a pick-nick package which was not avalailable since the kitchen already closed down. Second suggestion was dinner in another hotel somewhere in the city with rather high costs at our own expense. Nice way to deal with your clients.

The hotel is centrally located in Baeza and has parking in same building.
Good breakfast is included. We also had a dinner in hotel as there are not many restaurants nearby. Nice short walk to the old center with old university building etc.

Dear customer, we thank you for your comments and we inform you that we are in the center of the city and next to the promenade there are many restaurants, but of course our cuisine has an excellent value for money.

Unless you want to stay awake all night avoid this Hotel. It is next to a very loud nightclub which stays open beyond 3am. with loud music & thumping bass.
Not a happy experience.
Food acceptable but bed uncomfortable probably because we were unable to sleep properly.

Dear customer, I am very sorry that you did not have a good experience as the noise from the street can not be controlled, if we notify the local police in case the receptionist detects them.
