Stayed here for business and it is a lovely hotel. The rooms are absolutely beautiful stylishly decorated in silver grey, with complimentary wifi, tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer, iron/ironing board and Paul Mitchell toiletries - so great to have a hotel with decent shampoo and conditioner. My only gripe is no complimentary water or in room safe. It is in a lovely setting in Fayetteville with lots of nice restaurants within walking distance as well as a nice walking path to take in the local scenery. Breakfast was ok but I prefer a hot buffet style although the staff were great. Fabulously courteous staff on reception and a small shop with drinks, snacks and essentials available in reception to charge toy your room. Would definitely stay again and recommend

Stayed for a couple nights and found it to be a decent, but very expensive choice.

The first morning we discovered that the power outlet in the bath wasn't working. Called the desk and a person showed up in 2 minutes. Unfortunately we had to call again that evening as the first person never got the outlet replaced. The second person was very friendly and got the job done.

The shower pressure was somewhat anemic one day when many people were obviously up and checking out at the same time.

The "free" wifi was pathetic. I couldn't get more than 50k download speeds and just used my wireless plan instead. You could upgrade for $5, but I don't give in to price gouging like that after already paying too much for the room.

Finally, the price jump for the weekend is ridiculous and has become all too common these days especially in college towns like Fayetteville. Adding in the crazy tax, this room cost close to $180/night for a 2 night stay. For a property offering no free breakfast, lousy internet, and a location on the edge of town only close to a highway, that price is nuts.

While this property was okay, next time I will be trying other more reasonable options.

The hotel is very nice, most of the staff is friendly, was greeted every time we entered and exited the building. room decoration and lobby were above standard. We had a few issues with pricing and with one member of the staff. Wish the outside area was a little more taken care off bug wise, it was a beautiful day and we went to sit in the "cabana" however, there were spiders everywhere and twigs, leafs, etc. Maybe if it was later in the sunny season it would have been. Also, we stayed on the third floor and the noise in the morning from quests leaving and the house cleaning service was over the top. That is why only three stars. I would stay here again. Thank you to all other staff who were above par.

Check in was trouble free. Room was generously appointed. Quiet, comfortable and safe. The location is about ten minutes from the college. Plenty of parking. Starbucks coffee bar and small cafe in the lobby.

Stayed here for a couple nights in town for business and found it to be a completely acceptable hotel.

The rooms - I tried getting a King but they were full so had 2 queens. Definitely enough room, comfortable beds, mini-refrigerator. Standard Courtyard room really. A couple down points for my room, the position of the TV seemed to only be viewable from one bed. Also, the TV reception was pretty poor, seemed to be in standard def, which in this day and age there is no excuse. Bathroom, typical Courtyard with typical amenities. Clean room and bathroom though.

Common areas - Fitness center is TINY. Treadmills bounced around. I'm sorry but as a business traveler, fitness centers are a big thing to me and my colleagues to stay sane. Thankfully there is a nice trail system behind the hotel. But if 3 or more people decide to workout at the same time, you are on top of each other. Also, there was a very strong lacquer smell in the fitness room from a sign being down and the adhesive being exposed. Probably the biggest disappointment in the hotel. The lobby area and bistro were nice, comfortable for working or grabbing a drink.

The area - good location, lots of places in a short 5 - 10 minute walk, and several more a short drive or Uber away (campus about a $6 Uber).

Staff seemed very nice as well.
