“A beautiful house with old worlde charm but with all mod cons”
Reviewed 18 December 2014 for a stay in November 2014

This was our second visit to Muckno Lodge and it was as good as the first. A beautiful old worlde house with all the modern appliances set in lovely countryside. We had a big family get together and even the children were happy in the separate games room! The only thing wrong was the trip wasn't long enough. A wonderful place to stay.

“Perfect large house in lovely rural setting”
Reviewed 14 November 2014 for a stay in October 2014

If you are looking for a large, modern house in a beautiful tranquil location, - look no further than Muckno Lodge. We were there with family and friends in October for one of our sons wedding at Armagh cathedral. The house ticked all the boxes for us, and more. It is also very well placed for both Dublin and Belfast. Although this was a hectic time, the house afforded us all the facilities we needed to spend some relaxed evenings in the large lounge, and the youngsters made the most of the pool table in the adjacent outbuilding. The location is also great for photography enthusiasts. The owners are on hand and extremely helpful for any queries.

“A Weeks Fishing Trip”
Reviewed 7 September 2014 for a stay in September 2014

Just back from a weeks stay at Muckno Lodge and I must say its a great pace to stay. The lodge is to the highest quaility and Peter and Fiona are fine hosts. It's located just a short drive from Castleblaney and its it's many fine pubs and is ideally situated for fishing Lough Muckno.
