Thought it was going to be a decent stay with an older but clean and simple room. Later found roach on wall and found another later that night. Found another one at time of check out. Also found stain on sheets under pillow. Told staff, which were nice, they seemed sorry and advised they would talk to housekeeping and would have moved rooms if told earlier. Due to time and having to move kids in the early hours of morning and one night stay we opted not to.
We stayed in a king room on the “backside” of the place, overlooking the pool.
Chairs provided, it was peaceful and enjoyable. Even got to watch a few deer in the woods
The room was clean, with a table and a nice comfy chair for reading.
Close enough to city center to get there quickly, but far enough from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Close to several restaurants.
All in all, we may have found our place to stay in Eureka for a weekend or week (during the summer) stay.
For the past twelve years, I have attended a conference in Eureka Springs, minus the 2 Covid years. I have always stayed at The Lodge. The rooms are super clean. The staff is very professional and helpful. The parking is very convenient and offers quick access to the highways.
The location is so convenient. The people that run the Lodge are very kind. He explained all of our options and was happy to help. Small quaint place with amazing views. would absolutely visit again! ..
This is the 11th year I have stayed at The Lodge during the Eureka Springs Corvette Weekend and I can tell you it gets better every year! The owners of The Lodge do everything possible to make your stay the best ever! Courteous, friendly and accommodating. If I had more thumbs than two, I would use them! Two thumbs up and then some!
