Best hotel in town. Been coming here for years. Owners are always eager to make sure your stay is a great time. We always stay in one of the jacuzzi rooms. So quiet and peaceful. Deer come up to eat at the feeder. Already booked again for February.
Great Price, owners very Friendly and accommodating, rooms clean and comfortable, would definitely stay again. Had 3 rooms for family, stayed on back side, had view of nature and deer coming up to eat, very relaxing.
Stayed here for first time based on other TripAdvisor reviews and was not disappointed. We stayed in jacuzzi room 426. There's one row of three jacuzzi rooms. I liked ours was on very end close to nature. It's the last one of the three. Room was very clean. Owner is a detailed person- there are wine glasses, wine bucket, candle and lighter, and salt for jacuzzi. There are large fluffy towels for jacuzzi and nice regular towels. Shampoo, conditioner, makeup remover cloth and soap provided. Small refrigerator and microwave in room. Coffee pot with tea and coffee. Also a ceiling fan. AC worked great (no cycling on and off noise). Room was soooo quiet! Jacuzzi also has shower in it. Nice and big so two people can shower together. My husband is over six feet and 250 pounds and we both fit well in jacuzzi. Bed was good and loved all the pillows! The light outside the room in hallway bothered him at night so he asked neighbor if they minded if we unscrewed it second night. There's still one other light so plenty to see outside. This helped him sleep better so no light coming in window (didn't bother me). Private parking for just jacuzzi rooms around back. Tables with two chairs outside room with ashtray if needed. Owner keeps good coffee all day in office area. Very helpful and nice! Shows you good restaurants and has information on hand like taxi service (no uber here yet), local winery and that kinda thing. Doesn't mind giving directions and overall just friendly and helpful. Husband and wife take personal care of this place with pride. Great price for suite! Oh owner puts salt bars and deer corn out nearby so you might get lucky and see deer. Grounds well kept and clean. Great location! Oh there is a diner right next door that's tempting because you can walk over but don't! Avoid. Yuk. Too many great places to eat. Sweet n savory restaurant really close has great breakfast and lunch with homemade desserts. Lots of good places not far.
We're typically VRBO people, staying in homes or condos. This was a very last minute trip, so we had to look at motels. The reviews and price made us take a chance on The Lodge, and I'm so glad we did. It was clean, comfortable, good location, nice management, great rates. Such a good deal, we plan on staying there next time we're in Eureka Springs. My only note would be to bring an extra blanket if you like thick comforters. The ones in the rooms are a tad thin for me. Not a big deal, though.
This is a very well maintained motel that is little older. There is not an elevator so if steps are an issue be aware of that. The place is very clean and the owner/managers are great. They even offered to bring ice to our room. The recommended several places to eat that were very good. If we were in the area we would stay there again.
