This B&B is truly a unique place. Beautifully decorated with serine surroundings right by the San Pedro river.
Super friendly dogs, Lucy the goat, an adorable donkey and horses really were enjoyable.
The hosts are kind and accommodating.
The whole experience was amazing.

If you like animals, wonderful hosts, lots of space, and beautiful scenery, this is the best B&B ever. Cathy and Michael make you feel so at home, you'll never want to leave. And it's a great central location for seeing all there is to explore in the area.

Room Tip: Casa for larger parties; Casita for couples

Kathy and Mike were wonderful hosts. Mike makes a great Irish Coffee. Perfect place if you take dogs because they can run free in the fenced outside with their dogs. We could go everywhere enjoying the beautiful nature and environment because Kathy & Mike looked after our dogs. The rooms were great and the scenery was outstanding. Kathy made homemade bread- great breakfast. If you enjoy nature, birding and wildlife, there is not a better place.

We have nothing but good things to say about Lazy Dog Ranch and our recent stay. The owners (Michael and Cathy) are super nice and friendly - they can't do enough to make sure you enjoy your stay. They have 10 animals (4 dogs, a horse, a donkey, a mule and 2 cats!) that are also super friendly. We brought our dog (who is NOT super friendly to other dogs) and Michael used his Irish Dog Whispering skills to ensure she quickly became "one of the pack". The property is wonderful - right on the San Pedro River - with a walking path along the river as far as you want to go. Both rooms are large/roomy - we stayed in the Casa, but may try the Casita next time. Breakfast is billed as "continental" but Cathy makes sure there is lots of good food and you do not leave hungry! Lots of hummingbirds in the gardens (and assorted other interesting birds). Truly a wonderful place - we are already planning a return next spring!

Room Tip: Both rooms are wonderful!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is truly a unique property on the San Pedro River outside of Sierra Vista, Arizona. Hosts are warm, engaging people who are great to visit with. They have four large and friendly dogs roaming the property, and also some other farm animals (horses, burro, goat) in corral. Breakfast was great. A very quiet setting--no city noise, no TV, etc. Highly recommend.
