We stayed with Carole and Roger for 9 days in February. The location was perfect for day trips to the surrounding sites. Their recommendations and knowledge of the places to visit and to eat were exactly what we wanted. The house is lovely and in the country so lots of wildlife and hiking right out the door, and breathtaking views of the rock formations. Our hosts were interested in everything we did and we had great discussions about the history, geography, birds and animals. The price was better than any other B&B that we researched. We started every day with a great breakfast and it was lovely to come home to such a comfortable place and friendly people at the end of each day.

Room Tip: Either room is good but the Sedona room is larger with a sitting area and access to the back deck.

The accommodations were first rate. Food was great. We were given wonderful recommendations for the surrounding area. We would return without question. The host couple were gracious and helpful. The bed was good. They obviously know what they are doing.

This is a friendly place with friendly people and a very rustic feel. The service is top notch. The house is small, so if there are other guests staying, it's hard to get privacy. But, it is a fun way to meeting people. The old couple run the place have met various people from around the world and can give you interesting stories of various guests. The people who tend to stay here are outdoorsy people who enjoy Sedona natural beauty and love hiking. The location is great. You can see great views! In the morning, we were able to see a herd of javelina from the balcony and many different birds. Not recommend for a romantic get away. But for the nature lover you won't find a better deal in Sedona. You might find some new hiking companions!

Stayed here 2 nights in the Sedona Suite. Have stayed in B&B's all over the world, but this tops them all. Host are amazing and gave us some good suggestions for restaurants and sights to see. The house was cosy and private, the grounds are well kept. Early in morning you can see birds and other wildlife around the gardens and the sunset view of the Cathedral rock was to die for. Home cooked Breakfast was very tasty and they will consider your dietary needs!. Overall would visit again and recommend to anyone that looks for a quiet and private Stay

Dale and I had a wonderful time in Sedona. Roger and Carole were gracious hosts and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was spacious and very clean. They gave us so much great information about the area which helped us make decisions about what to see in our short two days there. The view from their living room was gorgeous. We were able to do a little hiking there at a wonderful park nearby. We were given great recommendations for restaurants. The home cooked breakfast meals were delicious, and I so appreciated the menu changes to accomodate the fact that I cannot eat gluten or cow's milk. By the end of our visit, we felt as if we were visiting long, lost relatives. We would definitely stay there again.

Room Tip: We stayed in the Sedona room. Very spacious!
