Rooms good size, pool great, staff very helpful. Laundry hadn't been unlocked by nominated time - and we were desperate! - but staff fixed this quickly.
Cleaning staff took a long time to get around all the rooms, probably worth asking if you want your room cleaned earlier. Twice we came back from excursions early-afternoon needing a rest, to find rooms not yet done.
The attached restaurant, Canyon Ranch, is reasonable, you get what you pay for, and with coupons from the hotel, what you pay is pretty good value.

Room Tip: definitely go for top floor for best views

We stayed here for two nights for the first time, hadn't stayed in Uptown Sedona before. I chose it based on the reviews here on Trip Advisor & was not disappointed. Margarita was so nice to us, what a great way to be greeted. We took a 3rd floor room with a great view of the red rocks, just spectacular! The room is extra roomy with the 2 beds & a fireplace. The bath is nicely updated but kinda small, but we adapted. It was nice to be able to walk thru town especially to work off the food we just consumed, love the Wildflower Bread Co. This was one of our more enjoyable trips to Sedona & Orchards Inn is our go to place now!!

Room Tip: Take the 3rd floor facing out back to the red rocks with balcony.

We knew little of Sedona, just a convenient stop between Phoenix and Grand Canyon. Wow we're we surprised by scenery, don't miss Oak Creek. Orchards Inn was an excellent stop for two days. Staff friendly and helpful, and inclusive (certainly for us) breakfast included fresh fruit and yoghurt ant fresh juice. Only problem was locating the Inn which is set back from the road on the right hand side journeying North, but not too obvious to motorists with eyes on road. Would gladly return to our room which as promised overlooked the Red Rocksa

Room Tip: Ask for room overlooking the Rocks.....maybe they all do !

Loved the Orchards Inn while I was touring my mom around Sedona. We had a roomy third-floor upstairs room with spectacular views from our little patio. Location is especially great if, like my mom, you're an avid shopper. Staff was personable and professional and very yes-focused. Yes, we could use their printer to print out my mom's boarding pass. Yes, they could extend me a late checkout. Pool was small but adequate. Hot tub was more like lukewarm tub and water level was low so jets were half in/half out of the water. Food at the buffet line for breakfast was very average. OK for most but not in keeping with the rest of the Orchards experience. If there was a fitness center, we didn't see it but who cares - so much to do outside in Sedona. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for 3 nights at the beginning of a 3 week road trip in the US. Hotel room was roomy for 4 people, bathroom was clean and the views of the red rocks were fantastic. A great way to start our holiday. Breakfast buffet was a real bonus - something for everyone and good way to start the day. Staff were attentive and provided great service.
