Our hosts, Juan and Fabienne, were very hospitable, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and made us feel right at home. They are both fascinating people and inspiring in their desire to help the environment and the earth. They have a beautiful property that is just a bit out of the city centre which was lovely and quiet. We had such a nice time here. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Thank you very much for your comment. It was also very interesting for us to communicate our passion and our activities in Eco Hotel (in French and in English). We hope you could visit a craftsman here. Thanks for recommending. The hotel is 2 km from the center and is very practical, we are in the countryside near the river. We have many more projects to help the environment we hope to concretize.
Good trip in Argentina, cordially
Juan and Fabienne

If you are looking for special accommodation then this is the place. The hosts are fantastic. Friendly super helpful and interesting. Couldn't have been nicer. They served a lovely breakfast. The best bread and jam we have had in Argentina. They gave great recommendations for restaurants. The house is Adobe. A mixtures of old and new. Tafi is great town. Posada inti Watana is about 5 mins out of town.

Thank you very much for all the details.
Juan is Argentina, he lived in France and study in the United States and was a pleasure to receive them and speak in English with you.
I am French, I speak Spanish, I understand English and was a pleasure to be attentive to their welfare and needs.

We hope to receive more people like you, foreign, seeking hospitable places with a proposal close to nature, to rest, to know the authentic locations. We also have all the information on places of interest on Tafi del Valle: its people, its culture, food ...

Thank you for choosing us !

Greetings from Argentina
Juan and Fabienne

The owners are taking good care of their place, room are simple but nicely decorated, the breakfast is of good quality. It is a place to recommend if you like homestay. Quiet in a garden. More convenient if you have your own car as a few km away from the restaurants.

We have stayed two nights. Juan received us very kindly, he gave us tips of places to visit that we wouldn't have thought of and were totally worth it. You can see the love he has for what he does. The place is lovely, very clean, tidy, quite and breakfast was very nice! Just perfect.
We didnt have a car, which made it a bit less handy to go to the village. You can take a taxi which costs 15-20pesos but they stop driving at 10pm. You cant cook there and there are no options very close by, so not having a car is not very handy. You can definitely walk (a bit less than half an hour) but after a whole day hiking, we just wanted to eat and go to sleep :)

We definitely recommend this place!!

We stayed in Inti Watana 6 nights and we came and go from there to others places. It was the ideal stay for a couple. The place works with solar energy. Their onwers, a lovely couple, Fabbiene and Juan are very helpful in everything you need to visit several places.

The posada is really lovely and cozy, with a regional style. Our room, "Elíptica" was big and cheerful. They have a garden -commun area- with trees and flowers.

The posada has a solar clock and Juan, who is astronomo -people who study the universe (sorry for muy terrible english)-, shows you how to works and it's really something.

We certeanly go back to Inti Watana!

ps: one more thing: the rates are a real deal!

Room Tip: The "Elíptica" has it's own entrance and porche with 2 chairs to enjoy the view or take a mate
