My wife, son and I stayed 2 nights here and it was perfect. The rooms both superior and a double were good size, excellent bathrooms, aircon and light. Judith and her team are excellent and could not do enough for us. The food -breakfast, lunch and dinner were all to a high standard with some nice local wines. The pool was clean and pleasant. The dogs were all super chilled.

Room tip: We had the stand alone casita which had two rooms interconnecting. Very quiet.

Half an hour drive from the centre of Salta. Lovely finca in a green scenery. Large room with large bathroom. Somewhat uncomfortable setting of the airco blowing in your face on the bed. In the bathroom only the handshower is working. Fine for women, less so for most men. Quite good towels though. Very good breakfast, fresh fruit, eggs freshly prepared, lots of sweets (very good chocolate kind of cake). Interior of the finca is quite charming, comfortable and tasteful. Very good dinner. Excellent wines at reasonable prices. At cocktail hour a glass of wine on the house. Staff is very very friendly, though limited in knowledge of english. But there is the manager Judith, equally friendly and efficient, fluent in languages (being Dutch). It is a nice place worth the last 1 km unpaved bumpy route ride.

After a few days in a fascinating, yet hectic time in the thick of Buenos Aires, we arrived at our little slice of heaven. Serene, extraordinarily tasteful and very beautiful, quiet and welcoming.

The management and staff are quite beyond reproach. The food and local wines, are absolutely wonderful. The ambience, magnificent. And that's before I get started on the hotel, garden and landscape. All of which is very, very special. Relaxing, spacious, healthy and yet very much alive, especially at either end of the day when the light becomes magical.

My partner and I have decided that we need to spend more time in the countryside and less in cities. We do live in a city after all!

The Finca Valentina is conveniently located not far from the Salta airport, and yet in every direction there are spectacular vistas and adventures to be had. We explored one of the valleys following Ruta 51 up into the Andes for a couple of hours and the landscape and villages, unlike any other.

I would go back in a heartbeat. It was one of the two highlights of our holiday in Argentina.

Room tip: Upstairs in the room with the terrace was fabulous.

Finca Valentina is now one of my favorite places I have ever been. The location is just really nice and offeres magic sundowns as well as magic sunrises in the early morning. The house is beautifully designed. The best part is definitely the food that is offered.

We loved every moment we spent at this hotel. We stayed in one of the independent rooms in the garden, which were spacious and very well decorated. The rooms was comfortable and very quiet. The garden is really beautiful and well kept. Outdoor seating area is perfect. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, they were very accomodating and we loved sitting in the garden sipping wine. We also had dinner here every night we stayed and was always excellent, so is breakfast. It's in a perfect location to explore the surrounding area and they also organize excursions. I would definitely stay here again.
