We stayed 3 days in Iguazu Falls at the Panoramic Hotel in Argentina and enjoyed our stay. The hotel has a great atmosphere and the staff is excellent and very attentive. We flew into the Brazilian airport from Rio and decided to stay on the Argentina side because of the location and better hotel choices plus cost, Argentina offers a much better value than Brazil. The hotel will arrange to pick you up and get you to the hotel including handling the immigration and customs for you, you do not need to get out of the car, it's all very simple. The rooms are smaller but good. The beds are two singles pushed together which we hate but fairly typical in this part of the world. The bathroom and shower were excellent although the counter/sink space way too small. Bed was firm to hard. TV was OK but they do not carry the Fox News Channel. Dining room and bar area is very good, service is a little slow but manageable, food generally good although we ate out a lot, there are some excellent restaurants in the small town and easy walking distance and very safe even at night. We would stay here again without hesitation.
