We just spent three nights here. Friends who live in BA said this hotel’s location is one of the best of the higher end hotels. It is in a beautiful neighborhood and walking around at night is very safe. We walked to dinner and lunch at different restaurants each day. The hotel is historic and beautiful, but the rooms have all the upgrades for a modern stay. Plenty of room, a comfy bed, great AC, etc. The room even had a power strip that accommodated US plugs. The WiFi was strong too. We arranged for transport from the EZE airport, which was much more pleasant than waiting for a taxi. Our room wasn’t ready when we checked in so we had a great lunch at their restaurant. Our room was in the older part of the building, but it had a private balcony with a jacuzzi tub and lounge chairs. We loved using it at night. Downstairs there is a jazz lounge at night (we never had time to check it out though), but in the morning the hot breakfast is served (included).
Service from everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. The front desk helped us with all sorts of questions about how to get places, where shopping areas were on the map, etc. We would stay here again if we return to BA. It sets itself apart from the basic big hotels.

My experience has been unbelievable here. The personnel including Yackmel at the bar, Facundo and El Samu are awesome and specially Juan Pablo and Andres are extremely profesional and kind. So pleased and comfortable with the service. Awesome location close to nice places to visit. My wife is extremely happy with the customer service of the Staff here also. We highly recommend to stay on this property without a hesitation. It’s super all around.The breakfast variety of options is very good and the quality of the food is great.

The personalized service by the staff at this boutique hotel sets it apart. They are professional, responsive, and cordial. The property is in a great location on a quiet, tree-lined street convenient to restaurants and attractions in Recoleta. The rooms are a nice size and very comfortable. The breakfast offers a good variety in a pleasant atmosphere. The restaurant just off the lobby has good food and wine selections. We would gladly book here again.
