I would have rated this hotel a 5, but there were no English speaking channels on the television. A small coffee pot was provided in the room, but no coffee or tea set-up. Other than that the hotel is comfortable, in a good location, and the staff and service workers do a great job.

We stayed here for two nights after a cruise so we could spend some time in the city. We found the location was perfect, within easy walking distance of Plaza San Martin and lots of places to eat. Also not far to walk to pick up the hop on hop off tour bus. The hotel is nice with helpful staff. We had a suite which was very spacious with a small kitchen. There was plenty of wardrobe space and also a room safe. The bed was big and comfortable and everywhere was clean. The breakfast was great, with some hot food and every possible variation of cold breakfast you could want. I would happily have stayed here longer and think we made a good choice.

good location, excellent breakfast, had diner at restaurant and also good, unfortunately did not use pool but had nice chairs and a little corner to relax and read, good room and clean, good bed some staff at reception were very helpful
