This is a great hotel. One of my favorites in Buenos Aires. The staff is very courteous and willing to help and to top it off, they are very well located. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Very centric hotel located in the heart of Buenos Aires. Very friendly people are attending at the front desk. I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel which has a good relation cost benefit.

Great quite location on semi-pedestrianised street in the heart of the business area. Staff unreservedly helpful and attentive. Great room on the 8th floor with large comfortable bed, though no view. Desk offered electric sockets suitable for European 2-pin plugs.
BUT - a visit from the maintenance crew would have lifted this to 5 stars. No plug for the sink, Shower head loose and spraying water upwards. More worrying was the window which was cracked from side to side.

Room Tip: Moderate priced, good quality restaurant across Reconquista.

Thisa was rthe last hotel of our South American journey and we finished on a high. The hotel is well located within walking distance to pretty well all the places to visit. The room was very good, the service was of very high quality as was the breakfast.

When you stay you must have a shirt washed and folded. It is returned wrapped just like a new one!

I stayed at the Melia Buenos Aires my first trip to Buenos Aires and enjoyed it. At the recommendation of a co-worker, I stayed somewhere else on my second trip. Well what a mistake. So when I had to be back in the area, I went right back to the Melia. From the bell staff to the desk staff to the housekeeping team, they anticipated my every need as a foreign solo female business traveler and went out of my way to make my stay very pleasant. The room is large for the price and very nicely appointed. Everything was sparkling clean and in good working condition. It is located perfectly for both business and dining, as well as shopping on Florida Street and only a short cab ride away from the Puerto Madero area. I will definitely be back on my next trip!
