3 of us booked two rooms - only one room with 2 beds was there when we checked in

Wifi is bad but free
Breakfast food is average
Rooms are clean
Not many power points
Toilet didn’t work so after 3 x of maintenance calling we were moved rooms

We had room service and gave a cash tip, but were then also charged on check out

It just didn’t live up to the name - it was a fine place to sleep but I wouldn’t go there ever again or recommend it

When we checked in, the credit card which was taken was charged the full amount out of my account and not refunded for at least a week after we left

First visit in many years to the Sheraton B.A. Pretty much as I remembered it. On a positive note, hotel staff is great - I mean really great & location is very central. Hotel itself - meh. As voiced by other reviews, could use a makeover and some touch-ups. Basic amenities such as a hair dryer, kettle/coffee maker in the room conspicuously absent and inconsistent with most SPG hotels. Not a bad idea to change the shower curtain. Would return, but a few improvements would elevate the stature of this hotel.

The hotel is just across the park and the train station. Location is excellent, very close to the subway station. Also, it is 50 meters from Puerto Madero stop (Leon buses that take you to the airport). The hotel is clean and well maintain. I would return for sure.

Room Tip: Rooms on the high floors have great views

The hotel is situated in a great location near major attractions and restaurants. Staff is courteous and front desk staff speaks food English. The gym is well equipped and spacious.

Breakfast spread is good but the hotel doesn't have great restaurants within. Room service needs to improve. Rooms look old and need renovation.

The staff and lobby was welcoming and very inviting however, my experience while i stayed at the Sheraton was a very different one. I stood for a week when i was originally scheduled to be there for 2 weeks. There was dirty water coming out the bathroom faucets, mushrooms growing out of the bathroom ceiling walls, cockroaches in the room and no TV for a day an half because the cable was down for certain part of the hotel. There was also a un-notified fumigation in the room i stood in. I was moved between 3 different rooms in one week. The staff stated they are working on improving the hotel conditions. nevertheless, it was not a great experience.
