Many tour groups stay here from Hurtigruten Expeditions prior to going to Antarctica. Hurtigruten charters planes from BA to Ushuaia and leads multiple tour groups from the hotel to the airport in a very orderly fashion. Has individual toiletries-lotion, shampoo, conditioner, gel, q-tip, emory board, individual hand soup bars along with robes , slippers, safe, & fridge. Stayed in Room 1508 with no noise at all. Comfy king bed and very clean. No washcloths. Good, free wifi. Across the street from a upscale mall. It was a few minutes walk to the Four Seasons where we had reservations for dinner. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was separate for Hurtigruten people and assigned breakfast times, although if you arrived earlier, it was fine. Had egg station, hot station, bread station and lots of variety! Wonderful breakfast!

Hotel location is perfect near the main street, restaurants, shopping and tourist places.
Rooms have plenty of space and are well equipped. Restaurant in hotel has good selection and service. Breakfast is excellent. Lots of good restaurants nearby.

Nahuel and Facundo provided my husband, aunt, and me with exceptional customer service during our late January/early February stay. Nahuel went above and beyond trying to help me to cancel a tour for my aunt who had become ill and Facundo was extremely helpful and friendly when helping to deliver and store our luggage. Nahuel and Facundo's consciencious and caring interactions with us left an extremely favorable impression.
