We booked through a booking site and were charged 50% more when we arrived (2 adults vs 1 adult and 3 small children). BUT the room had one huge bed and a full. So I thought, ok not so bad for the money. It was clean and bright. Breakfast was extra as were tea bags in the room! They did let us check in early, so that was good. I just was really put off by the extra charge even though it was a bigger room. For the extra charge I could have stayed in a much nicer place.

Bottom line- clean, safe, friendly staff, NOT really Palermo, watch for extra charges; but wouldn’t recommend.

I made a booking for this hotel because the description mentioned it offered parking.

When I arrived at the hotel the front desk told me I hadn’t booked parking (never had that option nor does the description inform that it is required) and he would need to check if I could park.

After waiting for a few minutes he said I could park and told me the fee was 450 pesos. Today, I saw that directly in front of the hotel there is a parking garage that charges 280 pesos for parking. So it doesn’t make much sense to pay that much more. But do remember you must book parking if that is what you need!

I was awoken by hammering. When I complained to the front desk I was told “it is construction work going on around us”. How can construction work “around us” sound like hammering on I higher floor I don’t know but...”.

I complained about the outrageous prices for the bag of peanuts and chips in the room and was told: “this is a hotel in Buenos Aires, that just how things are”...

This hotel? Never again!

Comfortable room in good , safe location . Swimming pool on roof was very welcome after a day's sightseeing. Breakfast fine and staff very helpful. Taxis plentiful right outside door and reception staff organised reliable taxis to airport .
