This soup should be the main dish with grated parmesan. Add Merlutha as the protein, and the after dinner walk will be divine

We went on a Monday which is already a plus as most good restaurants are closed. The place has just the right size, nor too tiny not too large and impersonal. There is a lot of attention to the detail starting with the design of Menu. There were only two persons attending but they were very efficient and super friendly. This place offers three alternatives: degustation step-menus (4, 8 or 12), tapas, and usual individual courses.
We opted for a mix of tapas and main courses. The tapas were really original, both the fish and the 'Novillo' excellent. The selection of wines is a real pleasure with quite unusual ones and covering a wide range of prices.
The deco is minimalistic and charming, in particular the marble counter. Lighting is wisely used, and the whole evening a real delight. We unfortunately didn't have the chance to taste desserts since the servings are quite adequate which is sad as all looked quite yummy. I will definitely add this place to my list of favourites

Lovely spot in Palermo. The lunch menu goes from an appetizer an galas of wine to 4 courses. An maxing selection on wine by the glass. Spotless service. The food is focused in fresh product, enhanced by chef Pol Lykan. A must go

The great: the interior is beautifully designed with a modern feel and tasteful art. The marble counter tops and glass over the the area in front of the kitchen are stunning.

The good: the service was friendly, but the staff struggled to make recommendations on a huge menu. When asked for a wine recommendation we were asked "how much do you want to spend?" and until the question was answered the waiter was unable to make a recommendation. When he finally did he simply said "this wine is great" (he was right!) without any real description.

The okay: disappointingly, the food was just okay. We got two appetizers the were a chef's surprise. One was trout which came out oily and fishy, the other was two fried balls with plantain and pork (quite good, not great). We ordered steak and pork. Both came as large overcooked pieces of meat without a lot of flavor. The dessert (coco de leche) which the waiter provided on the house was spectacular.

The incredible: they only take credit card. When I said we were 400 pesos short the waiter said "no problem, come back when you can and pay". That alone makes me want to come back and give this place another chance.

Very nice restaurant! Great Patagonian lamb. I got the 4 degustation menu and really enjoyed. Slow service, great wine, just like an experience! It is super! Love it!
