Very attentive and helpful hotel staff.
The hotel is clean, has everything you need for a comfortable overnight stay. In the restaurant at the hotel you can have a delicious dinner for reasonable money (for the center of Buenos Aires).

NB! If you need a PCR-test for traveling or back home to your country, there is no need to queue at the airport or look for clinics on your own. At the reception you can order the service of a doctor who will come at a convenient time for you and take samples for analysis right in the room. We received the result of the test in the evening of the same day printed on paper. The cost at the time of writing was 8000 pesos per person. It turned out to be very convenient for us and we are grateful to the hotel for providing such an opportunity.

The hotel is well located, the facilities are very good and clean but the breakfast service leaves much to be desired. One person serves the buffet for all hotel passengers. You have to wait standing for tables to be cleaned and breakfast to cool down. The employees are very friendly but they run around without knowing their function. The coffee is served cold and is of poor quality. If you are not going for work and you can wait 10 to 15 minutes to be served there is not a issue.. I left a complaint in November about the breakfast system that they never heard about and it's worse. The manager with a glass of coffee without helping the staff who broke dishes due to stress was another interesting detail.

I felt very safe in this really lovely hotel, nice room with large bed and nice bathroom. The hotel facilities were great. The spa and sauna area are very clean and luxurious on the top floor. The swimming pool on the roof top is a lovely place to relax. I loved the roof top bar overlooking a busy and lit up street below on a Friday night with a campari in hand. Great location only a few blocks from the Theatre Colon and City walking tour start. Shopping is across the very wide main road but an easy walk to everywhere and taxis are so cheap in Buenos Aires. Highly recommend this hotel for value and atmosphere.

Nice hotel at convenient location. The pool is small at the top of the building. Jacuzzi is small for 4 people only. I only have one thing to complain that the service was terrible. I asked the staff to help me with kettle and I had to call 3 times before they came. At one time I went to the front desk to ask for the sewing kit, they told me that they will bring it to my room but they never came. What a lousy service.

This is a well run 4 star hotel for groups-buisiness and couples like us. The positives are the staff, from the front counter, to the restaurant at ground level. The only down side is the room outlook and the lack of ammenities in the rooms. Timber floors are good. The location is central however on the wrongsiide of the Avenue for general shopping. Taxis are cheap.

Room tip: on two occations we had no outlook. Try for a sreetfront on the higher levels
