This hotel is located in the most central location of Buenos Aires. Between obelisco and Teatro Colon on 9 de Julio Avenue. Its is in downtown but a walking distance to Recoleta, San Telmo, Palermo (depends on how much do you like to walk, we do but if you don't the taxis are extremely cheap in Buenos Aires and it is easy to get one, when you come out of the hotel, just wave one of the Radio taxis). The hotel is extremely new, modern, clean. Pretty good selection for breakfast, very friendly people working in the hotel's front desk, they help you with any questions and concerns at any moment right away. Special Thank you to the girl at the front desk, I think her name is Clarisa.

An excellent hotel to stay in BA very centrally located just two blocks from the 'obelisco'
A very attentive staff. The rooms (we had 2 connecting rooms) were excellent with a great view of Avenida 9 de Julio and very good beds, King for my wife and I and a set of twins for the children. All at a very reasonable price
for a 4* hotel. The included breakfast was great many choices including eggs, bacon and variety of croissant
and fruits. I highly recommend it we really enjoyed our stay.

Very professional service. The breakfast buffet did not have a massive selection, but quality was excellent. Our room was very clean and quiet, and the bathroom was spacious. A bit expensive but worth it.

We stayed at the Grand Brizo as part of a month long trip to Patagonia and visited Buenos Aires for two days. (We have been to around 40 countires). The hotel opened in April 2018 and would rank as nice by our standards, but not at top of the list. The staff was friendly and efficient at check-in and checkout. They provide city maps, guidance on where to go in the city and areas that were and were not safe. Its location is central with several nearby attractions obelisk (5 minute walk), Café Tortoni (10 minute walk) and Plaza de Mayo (15 minute walk). There were restaurants located a 5 minute walk from hotel. The area around the hotel felt safe with lots of police around, but not recommended to be alone late at night. The hotel arranged taxi to and from hotel for a reasonable price. We got to more distant places like La Boca and La Recoleta Cemetery by (~$5) radio taxi or Uber.
We asked for a quite room and were given one facing side street. Our superior double room was nice with wood floors, comfortable and relatively spacious. The closet was large enough to hold two of our large suitcase standing up. We slept well in the hotel, except for being woken up around 6am (or earlier) by a rock band getting setup for the marathon on December 31. I am not sure why the city allowed this to happen. I called the front desk and they were unaware it was scheduled. If we knew ahead of time we could of better prepared by going to bed earlier.
The breakfast was located on second floor of hotel in a nice dinning area overlooking spiral staircase to lobby. It was quality food presented well and with decent selection. We did not checkout the bar though I wish we did on NYE as it is located on the rooftop. We could hear fireworks going off around town.
I would not recommend visiting Buenos Aires on December 31 or particularly January 1 as everything was closed. New Years was a good day to visit La Boca without tourist though shops did open later in the morning.

Great location - easy to access all the sights of the city on foot and via the metro / bus. About a 10 minute walk from Plaza de Mayo and Puerto Madero.
Bright, clean, spacious rooms - really nice bedrooms with all mod cons and lovely bathrooms. Comfortable beds.
Friendly staff - couldn’t do more to help us with any questions.
Yummy breakfast - one of the best we had in Argentina.
