Staff have no idea of what they are doing. Management, reception and chef have all agreed there are problems and blame the young inexperienced staff. Why are they not guiding and training them, because they are too lazy too.
Chef has atleast 2 days off a week with no one to cover him. manager is clueless and only gets busy when the owner is on the way.
The hotel is dirty and the pool is getting dirtier everyday.
If you have stayed here before like we had, book somewhere else, the list of things I could tell you is endless and I am not writing it all again, I did that this morning in a formal complaint to travel republic!
If you are thinking about booking for the first time, think long and hard as turkey is struggling for tourists as it is, and once you've been you usually return, but if this is your first experience, it is likely to put you off!
Staff do know how to sit around chatting and laughing when guests are eating or waiting for transfers to excursions however. See photos.
The drink was meant to be apple juice! Thick glumpy mess.
The staff running around and setting a table was when the owner and his family were there, we couldn't even get a menu for half board, so cancel after 6 days of trying.
Be aware they also store eggs out of the fridge and think it's safe to serve them up to a month after they were laid... Umm not refrigerated in Turkeys climate, yes we experienced boiled eggs that were off at breakfast, and yes after being told continued to serve them!
Still so much more I could say. So so bad. Please anyone who has stayed recently, upload a review to give the true reflection of the hotel this year, not the long years of hard work put in by the previous manager.

After going here last year and having a great stay we decided to return this year, unfortunately it has changed there are none of the previous staff there and a total change of management,it was a bit of a shambles to say the least no one seemed to know the correct prices of drinks or how to make them !the bar staff were dismissed three times in our 10 day stay!!very few spoke good English although they were very pleasant was a bit of a struggle, music was cranked up during the day,and had a couple of sleepless nights due to rowdy guests who the young barman couldn't handle, overall was a disappointment standards have slipped and everything looked like it hadn't had any care over the winter period,I hope it can be turned around as its a lovely small hotel but shan't return .

arrived with great expectations after reading reviews but turned out a disaster. apparently there had been a change of management and no one seemed to know what was going on. There was no chef he had walked out so no bar snacks or meals were available for the first 6 days, the bar only had beer or soft drinks no spirits at all just empty bottles from last year. Some people changed hotels and others cancelled holidays they had booked later this year. Ive been coming to hisaronu for 25 years never experienced anything like this wont be coming back.

Me and my partner stayed here last October, and all I've done since is rant and rave about how good it was to everyone, so when me and my parents decided to book a weeks holiday for the end if April 2016 of course their was no question as to where we were gong to stay! I booked our room at the hotel direct with the owner Mehmet, and always received quick and friendly responses, i also booked private airport transfers with him, which i would highly recommend, they were definitely worth the price! Mehmet met us at the airport with the transfer, and sat with us having a chat on the way to the hotel which was a lovely touch. It turned out we were actually the only guests booked in at the time, so we had the hotel all to ourselves, which was amazing! It was so peaceful and you felt you actually got to spend time with the staff getting to know them better, as usually they were all so friendly and very helpful.

We were given a 2 bedroom apartment on the top level in the building with the reception and bar, and it was gorgeous!! The room was massive, it had 2 balconies, a tv, sofa, kitchen area and table and chairs in one room, a good sized bathroom and of course 2 bedrooms (a double in one and 2 single beds in the other). Their was plenty of storage space, with good sized wardrobes, bedside cabinets and drawers in the kitchen area, and everything was spotlessly clean! And this cleanliness continued throughout the week. It wasn't just the room that was clean, it was the whole of the hotel, i know it was beginning of season but you could see all of the staff doing their part to make sure everything was always spotless. I'm not sure whether they had new beds or not but they looked like they did, as they looked spotless, and they were so comfortable!

We ate at the hotel a few times, and got breakfast occasionally on a morning, the food was lovely, really fresh, good sized portions and priced well. The drink prices at the hotel were very good too, on par with what was being charged in the village which of course is always good, as where the measures ;) !

The grounds of the hotel are stunning, the gardens are beautiful and the views from the grounds (and my balcony) were absolutely gorgeous, the hotel itself is beautiful too with lovely furnishings and decor. The hotel is also in a fantastic spot, its right at the start of the town but is up a hill (not to steep) and its the best of both worlds, because it's literally minutes away from the town but seems miles off as you can't hear any of the noise from it.

Overall, of course, i would highly recommend this hotel to everyone and will continue to do so. I'm already looking to see when i can return, as i'm truly devastated to be home from this piece of paradise!

Room Tip: All the rooms have amazing views, although higher level rooms do have low walls rather than metal ba...

Stayed here for 7 nights from 29th May. When we arrived there was us 2 and maybe 2 other couples at hotel. Service was excellent and you could only feel sorry that it was so quiet. Filled up a little during our stay but felt like we had the place almost to ourselves. Great location set back just off main street at the top end. No noise day or night. Nice spacious room for 2 with led tv, small balcony and nice bathroom. Pool area was quite big but also plenty of loungers. Nice Turkish breakfast and good coffee. We paid £14 per night b+b for the room which was a steal. Half Board also available and though we didn't eat there, everyone who did said it was very good. Stayed at a few hotels here but this hotel will be our first choice the next time we come to Hisaronu.
