This hotel is very clean, comfortable with amazing gardens!
Arrived early hours of the morning and porter carried cases up to our room. All staff were very friendly and housekeepers always had a smile!

As you come out of the main entrance and go left, 2 mins up the road is the town itself, very centeral and the bars and shops stay open late which is handly for bottles of water etc.
We had a nice room overlooking mountains, food was good and very well organised.

would go again!!

hi went on holiday here from the 23rd of july till the 3rd of august for 10 nights and we had wished we had booked for 14 nights what an excellent time we had here. From the time you walk in the doors to the time you leave nothing was to much for them. The rooms were clean and big enough for a family of 4 we actualy had enough space to hang all our clothes up which was a frist for us the rooms are a bit dated but fine. The food was excellent but repeats itself time to time which we broke by eating out a few nights in the week which cost roughly £40 for main meal, desert and drinks which we thought was good value for excellent food. The only thing that we could say was that the entertainment was in our mind poor compared to other hotels we have been to.We spent most our days at their beach the Sea Horse which we loved for the kids nice shallow water so the kids could play safely there and you get a free bus their and back plus free sun loungers. You will not be dissapointed in this hotel.

Before we went on holiday to Turquoise Hotel we had read some reviews which were slightly disappointing so we were on edge when we arrived there, however we were extremely pleased We were greeted by the 2 lovely Alsatian dogs.check in was fast and everything explained to you about safety deposit boxes, restaurant time sunbed etc and then we were shown straight to our room by the reception staff.the room was basic but very clean and tidy with a good size bathroom with a walk in shower with regular bedding changes and clean towels every day. All the staff from reception, bar, cleaners and maintenance people were very pleasant and always spoke. The hotel restaurant is open air and gets uncomfortably hot during the evening they did put in extra fans in but air con would have been better (going in next year). The food was lovely, plenty of choice every day I found something to eat.but you have to remember that the hotel is catering for different nationalities IE dutch Russian German so there will be food that is not to everybody's taste. The food started with various breakfast options, moving to snack bar for burgers, chips, salads, ice cream for an hour in the afternoon and cakes, then evening meal so plenty of food. Drinks were served all day from 11 am - 12pm soft and beers. The pool was of a good size, the only fault that we had was that you had to get up early to get a sunbed (this was sorted out after a few complaints by holiday makers to Anna) and nobody could put towels out till 7 O'clock after that you could still get a bed after 9 O'clock. If not Anna was a fantastic help and if people weren't on their sunbeds by 11am she would take the towels off them so that those waiting for sunbeds could have one.Anna (guest relations lady) is a credit to this hotel she will sort anything out for you no matter how small the problem is.The entertainment team tried hard to ensure everyone had fun, Sexy boy Speedy is very funny and works hard to get people involved in his pool games. Speedy works alongside his wife April who looks after the kids club and aqua aerobics in the pool and his brother Ronaldo (real name Erin) was very good entertainment. The entertainment at night was also excellent, from fire dancers, break dancing and a guy who could walk on broken glass.there is a film show on every Monday night.Plus a BBQ every Thursday well worth doing with Turkish dancing and music. The overall experience is a fun relaxing holiday in great surroundings. The main strip is about a 5 minute walk away with plenty of bars and restaurants, there is a bar for everybody's taste from dancing on the bars with loud music to relaxing bars just chilling out, shops selling all your converse, toms, vans, ugg boots, and every kind of t-shirt,hoodie and shirts you could think of.Thanks to all at the Turquoise hotel for making our holiday a memorable one, I will definately be coming back next year

Just returned from 10 days at Turquoise Hotel Oludeniz with my partner and we are looking to go back next year for 3 weeks, I would never usually go back to the same hotel but this year changed my mind completely, me and my partner absolutely loved our holiday. Before we went on holiday to Turquoise Hotel we had read some reviews which were slightly disappointing so we were on edge when we arrived there, however we were extremely pleased from the moment we walked through the doors until we went home, there is not one complaint I could make for this hotel. We were first greeted by the two lovely Alsation dogs and then shown straight to our room by fantastic hard working staff. The room was basic but what more do you need? All you do is go to sleep in it, so it done us perfect and the air conditioning was a life saver! My partner did get up early in the mornings to get sunbeds, around half 7, however most days there was no need to get up so early as there was usually sunbeds free, if not Anna was a fantastic help and if people weren't on their sunbeds by 11am she would take the towels off them so that those waiting for sunbeds could have one. The food was lovely, plenty of choice and I am usually very picky but every day I found something to eat. Oludeniz itself is absolutely gorgeous, the mountains surroundings us were wonderful views, the beach was beautiful and there is also plenty of bars and restaurants around, the bar that I would recommend to go to would be Shadows Bar - Fantastic! So yes I would definitely recommend this hotel to all age groups, had an amazing hotel and I will certainly be back next year!!!

Just returned from Turquoise Hotel Oludeniz with our twin 16 year olds we had a fabulous holiday. Arrived at the hotel in the early hours of the morning had to stride over one of the 2 guard dogs employed by the hotel as we made our way into reception, it never stirred from its deep slumber lol! We were met by an extremely friendly receptionist who set the tone for the entire hotel staff who I would describe as extremely professional, and very friendly from the cleaners to the bar staff. Nothing is perfect so I will comment on the negative aspects of the hotel, I am fortunate as I am an early riser....you have to be if you want a sunbed! The hotel restaurant is open air and gets uncomfortably hot during the evening meal. The evening entertainment take place on a stage away from the bar area which means you have to leave your table which like the sunbeds are at a premium. The waiters in the restaurant are extremely efficient.......dont put your knife & fork down for a second or your plate will disappear in the blink of an eye whether you are finished or not!!
Thats enough whinging tho I really want to focus on the positive aspects, our room was sufficient for a family of 4, it was very clean, with regular bedding changes and clean towels every day, the cleaning ladies were lovely they left a lovely arrangement on the beds made with towels and flowers on my wifes birthday, a very nice and unexpected touch. Apart from the comment earlier the waiters and bar staff were very good nothing was too much trouble for them. The food was very good, plenty of choice and loads of fruit and salad the retaurant is very clean. Food was available from 7:30am until midnight with no limits, best all inclusive hotel that I have visited. The entertainment team tried hard to ensure everyone had fun, Sexy boy Speedy (he begged us to write that!!) is very funny and works hard to get people involved in his pool games. Speedy works alongside his wife April who looks after the kids club and his brother Ronaldo (real name Erin). Message for Speedy........."Ronaldo is the best on the play station!!"
The real star of the hotel team is Ana the guest relations lady, she is fantastic during our stay our son tripped and fell through a window which resulted in a visit to hospital for stiches she sorted everything out for us, incidentally the hospital we visited puts our hospitals to shame it was nothing short of first class.
Thanks to all at the Turquoise hotel for making our holiday a memorable one, I will definately be recommending you.
