“Pure class”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 27 April 2012

Just got back from a weeks holiday and stayed at the above hotel OMG, what can I say shear excellence. Hotel definitely a 5 star plus, staff the most attentative and friendly people I have ever met. Weather was brilliant, and I also played four rounds of golf, where the courses were in amazing condition. If you want a quality holiday at an outstaning hotel, this is definatley the one for you. So pleased will be returning in June. Huge thanks to Elef, and Veli whose bar service was exceptional. Great holiday.

Room Tip: Sea view rooms are great, but honestly all rooms are of a high quality.

Went there in August 2011, it is was stunning despite our arrival at 11 p.m. the lobby in the main building was brilliantly lit giving the resort an excellent and majestic first impression. As soon as we were checked in we along with our luggage were driven to our rooms. The rooms were fantastic, clean and comfortable. There are different types of rooms which you can choose, from rooms which you can see the ocean to rooms which you can jump into a pool from your bedroom. Breakfast lasts from 8 am to 11 am however food can be ordered at any times during the days at the bars, the fact that the hotel is all inclusive gives major freedom as you can simply walk around and order according to your wishes. There is no set time for lunch so guests can move around freely eating a variety of specialities. The resort has a range of pools and slides which are suited for all ages. If traveling with a family there is a special area where adults can leave children which consists of a massive shallow pool, some small slides and other activities which children can do. The area is in shade and is under constant supervision from hotel staff ensuring complete child safety. Children can also drink and eat as they wish as the area has a minibar where children can eat but can also experience a range of cooking activities such as making pizza. The beach is beautiful, the sand is pearly white really giving the impression of royalty, however around p.m. to p.m. the sand gets too hot to walk on barefoot. However sometimes when people get drunk they throw glass into the water which then covers it, so little children wearing sandals is preferable. For people that do not want to swim there is an extension of other activities inside such as pool, spa, massage as well as indoor pools and jacuzzis. The hotel was spotlessly clean, however the hotel staff were one of the best factors as they simply could not do enough to make our stay more enjoyable. At dinner which was in the main building the variety of meals and desserts were simply overwhelming. Each night there were different types of food from all kitchens. Continuing from the dinner the hotel put on a musical each night, popcorn was served as well as other drinks. Also for adults, disco opened up at p.m. and lasted to about 4 am, truly an amazing experience. We shall go there again as soon as time permits and hope to go many more times. There is also an extra bonus if you are there on the night of the Gala as that is when the hotels truly goes beyond their five stars. From desserts, cocktails, performers and fireworks the night becomes absolutely unforgettable experience.

Room Tip: The Rooms a little farther away from the main building are quieter and more enjoyable if you want pe...

We had our first golf holiday and our first all inclusive experience here and I'm glad we did.
After a late arrival we got sparkling wine in the reception and as we hadn't had dinner, it was great to have the 24-hour room service and we enjoyed our club sandwiches which arrived promptly. We stayed in a standard room in the main building and we have no complaints. Room was big enough, bathroom really nice, a partial sea view from the balcony.

Even though it was early April we managed to go to the beach once and lay by the pool for another two. Outside pool was cold but still some kids and adults enjoyed the waterslides. We swam briefly in the sea but that was still quite cold too. Luckily the hotel has an indoor/outdoor pool and a jacuzzi. Water could have been a bit warmer there too, though.

Food and drinks are available at all times. Minibar in the room contains non-alcoholic drinks and beer. I was hoping for some wine there too. You can order from the room service but you need to pay extra for the alcoholic drinks. Also some snacks that are most minibars in hotels would have been nice, but then again you can order fruit to the room - all included. The drinks in the bar were nice, with umbrellas and all, but they seemed to be quite weak in alcohol content, which of course was nice, when you have a tee time early next morning. Buffet breakfast and dinner are extensive with so many choices, like 7 types of olives. You should first see what you want and then get it, otherwise you'll end up with cold dinner as you go through all the trays with a plate in your hand. The dessert table is very nice, baklavas yummy. Food quality is not 5-star to my taste at least. Even in Florian a la carte we both did not eat half of the entrecote steak. Otherwise I would recommend the a la carte for a 10 euro extra fee. Well worth it.

In april the weather was great for golf and warm enough for sunbathing. The hotel seemed to be preparing for the high season and some services were not fully functional, but that did not take away much from our vacation. For instance, there were 4 a la carte restaurants to choose from, when there are six in high season. Poolside was self-service. Waterslides were open only for a couple of hours a day. The pier was not in use at all. Evening entertainment did not include any shows, only some live bands, bingo and a bellydancer. I was quite disappointed with that after reading the reviews from here.

The animation team was fun and kept the atmosphere up, though in the first few days I was wondering who these loud customers were :) All the staff seemed to speak better german than english and thus we found the service not so friendly, though always corteous and fast.

There is a free transportation to the Cornelia golf course. All the three golf courses (National, Cornelia, Sueno Dunes) that we played were in fantastic condition in April and were varied and challenging, beautiful and fun to play. Sueno Dunes was our favorite.

You get by with just euros in Belek and in this hotel you don't need any money expect for the tips. you want to tip the staff for the good service but usually you're not carrying anything with you, so you have to remember it sometime. Otherwise we spent money on golf trolleys, a la carte, taxis to Belek (5 euros one way) and tips everywhere.

One tip for a newcomer to this hotel is to go to the guest relations and ask about all the services available. We for example used the sauna but did not realize that you have to book is for your own use - free of charge. The information is not so readily available.

Overall a wonderful hotel and great golf, good food and nice drinks, sun and sea. Minus one star because we could see that it will be even better in high season.

Went here august 2011 only hotel I have been in with the wow factor really was stunning hotel ,rooms we went in standard rooms which were fantastic ,we didn't really bother with the beach as hotel had so many pools although there were lots of beach activities going on too ,the hotel was spotlessly clean and we were well looked after throughout our stay here ,the only problem we had was matching the food at evening meal as there was so much of it al a carte was quite nice too the problem I now have is matching a hotel to this one I have been away 3 times since to supposedly 5 star hotels none come close ,the tip I would give to any traveller is hotel shop way over priced jump the tractor into Belek get what you want there for half the price

We are on our 4th and 5th visit to this hotel this year and it is worth every penny!

It is clean, great staff, great food and brilliant rooms, We always book the swim up rooms as they don't allow children so we can buy our peace and quiet! In our option worth every penny!

The only bad point is belek, yes unfortunatly the "town" is poor but who cares if all you want is R&R

Well worth a visit
