Solaire Casino, is one of the poorest sanitation of all casino that I went to. We know most of the people are smoking while playing in the casino, and foreigners intend to spit in a cigarette ashtray. Yikes! There is also young man cleaning all the dust of cigarettes while your playing, has no manners to say "excuse me or to get your permission before they clean around", it ended that all dust of cigarette ashes threw to you. As you just finish shower. Waitress in the Casino are lazy. Not all of them are there to quickly response on your order, example, miss i want a lemonade. They just passing you by, after an hour or so, they just keep you waiting. Solaire Games, people are addicted, but its not worth your money to spend. They just eat your money till its gone, on the other hand, they give complimentary buffets, that lines for 3 hours just to get you a seat, and appliances that lines for a day. Especially the Pregnant Women, PWD and Senior Citizen, as i saw them patiently waiting, lining up for hours just to get their free appliances. In Cashier, most of the cages are closed. That is why lining up to incash your prize is also too slow. It takes a while to get your cash. In rewards membership card, they have a law there that if it is your wife or husband card. You may not use any of their complimentaries. As a matter of fact. Marriage is a conjugal property. The air in your casino is polluted. Smoking is also banned in the Philippines. I even saw government public officials are playing around in the casino. Which clearly are banned in the area, but still playing even in 2nd floors. They let them in with VIP Treatments.

Best experience! Comfy bed, great aircon, attentive room service! Enjoyed all of the tremendous facilities, to the max! Would highly recommend this property to anyone. Primary focus of all employees was top notch, 5/6 star level courteousness and attentiveness.
One member of group fell ill due to a stomach bug caught previous to checking in. Hotel has a clinic, and MD and nurse to attend to needs. If one is going to be ill anywhere, this property is the best place to manage a sickness, short of hospitalization (and even then, I'd rather be in this hotel than a hospital!)

Room tip: Some foreign clientele break rule on "no smoking". Ask for an "ionizer" in room or corridor. They help.

Its my second time ti Manila and this is the time where i stayed away from Makati. This hotel is very near to the hotel and it is uniquely exclusive with its tight security at the entrance.

Staying here of course it's not the best place to be at as it is away from the town (makati) but getting a grab here is quite easy. Getting a grab at 10pm is somewhat so difficult as alot of people are getting home that time. The good about this location is that it is near to Mall Of Asia, and that's the only thing you can do when you are free or either visit the casino with free drinks!

The room is very spacious and it's restroom is amazing with a huge bathtub! It's really a great place for couple as the room is very nicely designed to fit in romantic elements in it such as the velvet colours everywhere.

Breakfast is amazingly great with tons of choices for Asian foods. The roasted pork is great!!!
They also operates for dinner buffet and they have lineup of seafood from shrimp to cheese baked lobsters! If you are a cheese lover, don't miss out the full choice of cheese to pair with unlimited pouring of house wine! There are also quite some fine dine restaurant in Solaire itself and make sure not to miss the Italian restaurant! Dragon bar is amazing with its service and stunned by it's crystal Dragon sculpture at the middle of the Bar.

Went there for a special event of Dinner In The Sky for the 1st time ever in Manila and hence able to taste the combination foods from a few of the fine dine restaurants chef in this Hotel! Sadly the event ends in May and it's not a permanent attraction for the hotel.

Please take note that you may need to use lip balm and moisturizer as the aircon in the hotel is very dry especially at the lobby because all the casinos machine is there.
