This hotel is visually stunning without doubt: infinity pool and breathtaking lakeside position and architecture. An exquisite delight just to be here. The rooms are pure 1940s: just before the British left their Raj. The dining room is bizarre and unique. But there was something just a little sad and neglected about this place we felt: it is in real need of investment on its interior furnishings and fabric: faded splendor with the emphasis on faded in truth. Service was willing but a little inept. But all this said this was a real experience. Stay here for the location alone but two nits was more than enough.
