very nice resort with some very friendly and helpfull people.ive had an appartment with a large balcony and separate bedroom with a realy good bed. good working airco.and bigscreen tv.also tv in living area. the food from the roomservice was good but somethimes not enough for the price you pay. also they should pay a little more attention on the minibar.the dates of some products and make sure when the custumor uses something they put some new back.because youre not allowed to bring anything from oudside. also the internet should be a little beter sinds you pay 1000inr for 24hours. its a loth of money for internet these days.i have no problem with paying but it has to work properly then i believe.they only give you about 200 kbs maximum. it should be for free.it should be at least 0.5 MB/sec.sometimes when i entered the hotel i had the feeling to many employees ware bussy with doing nothing while one guy was doing everything. my advice:keep working hard for not losing the 5stars....
