We stopped in for lunch and are so glad we found this healthy spot. They make their food from scratch to control ingredients and there are lots of veggie, vegan, gluten free and sugar free options.
Portions are larger than usual for Cape Town: I couldn't manage the butternut soup plus half a salad.
They make their own kombucha with organic tea. It was very sweet and the owner agreed that it wasn't sufficiently fermented . She immediately took it out of sale and said she would keep tasting it every day until it was right. We were very impressed at the service and willingness to improve.
We will definitely be back. Pity it is open on Sundays.
