We enjoyed lunch at Burrata on our last day in Cape Town and were well satisfied with our choice - the small antipasti plates were excellent as were the pizza and salad that we ordered. The wine list is similarly very extensive and has some excellent options - the Tinta Barroca from Mullineux is a hidden gem and a steal at R 375. Coupled with the excellent service in house we couldn't find a single fault with our meal.

My boyfriend and I went to Burrata on a busy Friday night. Luckily we made a reservation because it was super busy when we got there. Lovely vibrant atmosphere, great music and good service. The pizza we had was absolutely delicious! My boyfriend said it was the best pizza he had in his life. Highly recommend.

Lovely cosy warm and vibey room - great friendly service - limited menu based mainly on excellent Pizza's with some alternatives. The Sommelier was very knowledgeable and helpful in a good way and a great wine list. Overall a good experience, will definitely return.

Had one of the best risottos of my life (and I'm accounting the ones I had in Italy!!!) in this hidden gem of Capetown. Crispy pork with apples, an explosion of flavours and textures, omg, delicious! Staff has super friendly, wines per bottle a little pricey, yet there were good options per carrafe.
Overall excellent experience, will recommend and come back eventually!

Burrata's service is great, warm and friendly. They really try to make you feel welcome. Food is good. We especially liked their entrees. For the pasta and the salad that we took as mains, they were ok! Ambiance is nice, wines are pricy, but they do have a good selection.
