The hotel is really nice, quiet and well located. The local tour guides are very professionnal.
And the hotel crew is always available and friendly.
We really enjoyed the swimming pool and the massages.
Simplement the best hotel to stay in Cape Town!

This is my 3rd visit but this time I came with a friend. We had an amazing time and my friend loved every minute of our stay. It was the first time I had stayed at their new apartments at G on Barkly. Beautifully decorated and as per their normal standard , they had thought of everything. Nespresso machine, fabulous internet connection and speed , and the hot tub in the garden was the icing on the cake. My friend loved that we could use all the facilities at the hotel and the massage I received from Takunda was the best I had ever had. Sadly they wouldn't let me take him home. The team are so friendly and looked after us so well. A smile is all you need to make you feel good for the rest of the day and they don't stop smiling. We rented a gorgeous mini from them for a few days and went on a little road trip. We were also invited on a botanical tour in their convertible Range Rover Evogue WOW !! The car is very classy and the tour included a visit to the Dylan Lewis sculpture park, lunch at Babylonstoren and the afternoon at Kirstenbosch. When we go back I will definitely do this one again with my husband.
If you need a bit of TLC and pampering this is definitely the place to go.

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. The staff were the friendliest staff that I've come across in a long time. They went the extra mile to help us plan our days and nights. The rooms are large, spacious and luxurious! We spent most of our time exploring Cape Town but on the days that we wanted to relax we could lie by the pool. I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again!

Simply the best.

I spend about 150 night as year in hotels traveling globally for work. Each of the three times I have stayed at this property I have been blown away by every aspect of the property, foodservice, facilities, spa, and especially the hospitality provided by the staff. If you are visiting Cape Town your biggest mistake would be not staying here. It just doesn't get better.

Thank you to the whole team for everything you do. I can't wait for many more opportunities to be back.

Having travelled fairly extensively, I can honestly say that the Glen is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. If you assume that most top hotels won't fail to deliver on facilities, then the thing that then becomes the differentiator is customer service. From the Manager down to the cleaning staff, everyone here takes personal responsibility for ensuring everything is taken care of for you. There is a fairly large gay scene at the hotel but equally there are plenty of heterosexual couples and some families. It makes for an awesome vibe in and around the place, and the layout of the communal areas (pool, bar, restaurant) further compliments this. If you come across this place and do not stay there then you will regret it!!
