This is a basic hotel with everything you need for a short stay. Rooms are clean, reception helpful and it has an onsite restuarant and pool. We will galdly stay here again next time we are in the area.

The street and town don't do it justice. From outside you would this naaaah but once you walk into the reception area you can see that it's very clean, newly revamped and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Across the reception is the relaxing pool area and restaurant were one can have pool side sunset drinks or their delicious buffet breakfast in the morning. The bar men and waiters were also super friendly. The experience here with worth more than 5 star. My sister and I really enjoyed this stop over on the long weekend roadtrip.
The atmosphere is excellent. I really enjoyed my stay all the time that I visit especially the meals are just a slice above the best. I intend to visit White River with my family and expect to book accommodation with you
Reception was very friendly and helpful. We went out early in the morning and breakfast packs were arranged and ready. Service excellent. Every day we were got a surprise gift at reception. Very handy.
1st thing that turned me off was the reception.
It looked like a back packers, small reception area with offices that took reception area space.
The smell that came from the corridors was bad. Carpet is dirty and smelling bad.
The room was just fine.
The restaurant is also dirty, with the same brown, dirty carpet.
The staff was so great they deserve 5 star. but was so disappointed by the hotel.
It needs a serious renovation.
The place is so clean and beautiful, we felt so welcomed by the friendly stuff. Definitely will be booking again should I visit that side. The facility, perfect! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.
