Our family of 6 and two friends recently stayed at this home during our boating trip to Lake Havasu. The home was well represented with its posted pictures. It was clean and stocked well with the things we needed - dishes, cups, cookware etc. The pool was very nice (although a little cold this time of year) and the Jacuzzi was awesome! We used the grill both nights and dined on the patio enjoying the weather. The rooms were a good size. The bathrooms were very clean. There is a Bashas nearby if you need groceries. The neighbors are quiet. The couch was a little old and uncomfortable (since one of the guests had to sleep on it) but that was really our only complaint. There was a playstation 2 in the kids bedroom along with a bunch of games and movies. So the kids were entertained which was nice. We would stay here again for sure!

Perfect getaway for my friends and me (8 of us) for a quick 3 night stay in Lake Havasu city. About 10-15 minutes from launching a boat in the lake it was a nice location with all the basic amenities we needed.
