The hotel room was roomy with a decently set up kitchen area. The biggest plus was the location along nice walking paths that wound around the channel and led to a couple of very nice parks. Also, Walgreens was just off the property and a grocery store was only a block and 1/2 away. Many restaurants off property within walking distance was a plus as well. If I go back to Lake Havasu I would stay at this resort again.

The room included a kitchen which was nice for an extended stay in Lake Havasu. The hotel is next to the London Bridge and there is a nice walking path along the water providing great views of the area. This is a destination for Spring Break so unless you are willing to have extra noise try to go at other times of the year.

Room tip: The rooms facing the parking lot were more quiet during Spring Break.

Hello randall1025,

You are correct in that Lake Havasu is a Spring Break Destination for a couple weeks in March. It is always best to call the property and speak with the employees who actually work here vs. reserving with the online websites. We want you to have the best experience and every experience can vary depending on what you are looking for. I am glad to hear you enjoyed your stay and we hope to see you return.

Yours in Hospitality,
Kristina Gallo

This hotel advertises bridge view rooms for a premium price, but advises the bars downstairs may stay open late. Unfortunately, that is only half the story. What they don't tell you is that the bars have huge speakers pointed directly at the hotel. Ridiculous! Don't ever stay here!

Dear Reedman50,

Thank you for your feedback and I am very sorry you did not have an amazing stay. Our onsite nightlife is not for everyone. I understand how the noise can be overwhelming and we want you to enjoy your stay. So that we can ensure our guest have a good night’s sleep which is extremely important we tell every guest about the music at the time of the reservation and during check in. At check in we asked that you initial the registration card that you are aware because we do not want to mislead our guest by any means. I am very sorry if this was not clear and we hope that you try us out again. There are many Suites in the Resort that are free from noise. Please reach out to us directly so we can change your mind.

Yours truly,
Kristina Gallo

There was construction underway but we had been warned about it. Looks like the property is being remodeled and upgraded a bit which is good.

The property is a bit dark and dated. Some of the interior decorations in the lobby are ghastly...there is the most tacky gold carriage in a sunken viewing area and behind the check in counter is a monstrous custom wood carving.

The kitchenette was great though. Big fridge, microwave, dishwasher, stove top. Easy to buy a weeks worth of supplies and just set up home.

No great amenities...mostly like renting a small condo. Our bedroom had no windows...that is a bit odd.

Kind of an odd property, the check in process takes way too long, desk staff have zero personality...but when it was all said and done it was a really good location in Lake Havasu City and turned out to be a good base for a week's stay in the area.

My boyfriend and I stayed here on an interval promotion, the staff was very welcoming and we were upgraded upon check in because we requested a balcony room. The general manager was very prompt and the Martini Bay restaurants food was phenomenal. We requested a tour and we're so thrilled with the hotel we bought our first time share together. The staff makes you feel like family and we look forward to our next trip there.
