The beer tasting was the reason we visited but the whole experience was very good. Great vibe due to the location with live music, many restaurants in the area bring lots of people so a very busy place. Although we took food from next door at The Market, the food coming out of Robson's kitchen looked yummy. All drinks and the coffees were great. Service was tough but expected being New Year's Day. Well done to them.

We had lunch at Robsons midweek. We ordered the tasting tray of 6 craft beers, but sadly they only had 4 craft beers available that day, so two were doubled up. They were not cold at all. We ordered three different burgers with chips. We were disappointed. The chips were under cooked, cold and soggy and most were left on the plate! The burgers were a bit soggy and also not served hot, and fairly bland. The service was also slow despite there only being 2 tables occupied. We will not be back

I've been to this restaurant many times over the last couple of years. They're steadily declining though. The menu has shrunk considerably ... And what's left on the menu to choose from they don't have in stock. For a beer restaurant not to have testers of their own beer as advertised on the menu... No gin cocktails, not one (as per menu), the waitress can't recommend a beer, no samosas for the basket (as per menu)... And it took 30 minutes to receive a chocolate milkshake for my son... Not sure we'll be back. There's no point in going to a craft beer restaurant with a waitress that has no knowledge of craft beer, and no actual craft beer to taste... (and as an afterthought - Their menus are gross and in a state as well)

So I go to this establishment as I love craft beer. I select what I love and get served with a glass of said beverage however there is not even condensation on the glass it was so warm. I enquire and receive an apology and get served another beer, granted a little cooler but still not cold. The waiter says he does not know what is wrong and offers me a SAB beer.
Go figure, I go to a craft beer place and get offered a SAB beer???

Ticked all the boxes for me! Lovely waitress and manager, Food was awesome and great Friday vibe. I enjoyed the Shake and Bacon with a craft beer. Yum.
