Probably the cheapest round of golf in and around Durban but the course is poorly maintained with uneven tee boxes and poor greens. All of which are a great pity as the course actually has a pretty nice layout and offers a scenic stretch of holes along the Umgeni river.
A good course for beginners and no need to book tee times etc - just arrive, join the queue (on weekends) and play.

The course itself is decent for for most golfers. Although there some greens that need a little attention, its still a good course. Some tricky holes, especially along the Umgeni River.

You got to play straight or go to your right. I play alot at this course ans still enjoy it. You dont need a cart as the course is relatively flat. The rates are very reasonable as well. It's also very close to all hotels along the Beach Front (Golden Mile).

The course is in very poor condition especially considering a green fee of R120 for 18-holes. On the eThekwini website, the green fees are stipulated as R47.00. Somebody is making a killing here.

A fine layout in a tree lined park with a beautiful river along one nine. Flat and easy to walk. Fair pricing. BUT sadly the course is in poor condition. Nobody even answered the phone when we called to try to find out about the course. This was a well conditioned course when i last played here pre 1994.
