this was the third time we stopped in Cameron and are always pleased with the price and the size of the room. Unique area.

Room Tip: upper floor facing the river

The staff at the reception was helpful, the area was nice, but there was nothing around, just this hotel, restaurant, souvenir shop in the middle of nowhere. It was ok for 1 night, the room was well furnished. The room seemed to be clean, but it didn't feel clean, maybe because of the old furniture... The bathroom was clean. The Ice machine was empty by 5 am. The hotel was very near to Grand Canyon, about a 30-40 minute car ride, so we could reach the sunrise. :)
I think this hotel was too expensive compared to what we got. But there's no other hotel in the area... Next time we would probably choose Moenkopi Legacy Inn & Suites, Tuba City, but that's extra 30 minutes from Grand Canyon...

My wife and I had the pleasure to stay overnight at the Cameron Trading Post. The staff at reception and in the dining room were friendly and helpfull. It is such a wonderful serene and beautiful surounding in the courtyard. Our room was clean and the bed was comforttable.
We would like to definitely stay again

This is a wonderful place to stay out in the middle of no where before or after visiting the Grand Canyon. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a wonderful canyon view at the Little Colorado River Gorge. We ate dinner in the restaurant. I had their famous Navajo Taco with beef. Even though I got a small size, it was still huge! Instead of using a tortilla, it's like a taco salad on top of fry bread. I usually don't like lentil-type beans of any kind but I liked the way these were cooked. Not mushy or dry nor were they mashed into refried beans. The view and the atmosphere was outstanding! The restaurant is decorated with art by local artists. The rugs are beautiful! The staff was always nice and cheerful no matter what part of the trading post we were in. It's a nice place to shop as well. All sorts of jewelry, hand crafted weavings, baskets, pottery, etc. The gallery was wonderful. A little bit of everything of anyone. It even has RV sites.

Room Tip: We only stayed one night so I don't know much about the other rooms. We were in a building away...

This hotel is very clean spacious. What a surprise, I wish all hotels were this nice. The only problem I had was they did not service breakfast.
