Personal is very engaged in making the place your second home, and so it is the feeling.

Ahmed the magician and all the people from the restaurant (thumbs up).

For the divers and snorkelers a very nice place to be. Hotel has a nice jetty from where you can reach the outer reef.

Our holiday at the end of November was unforgettable - thanks to a perfect services in this hotel, nice location, friendly waiters and the other guests as well. But the biggest thank to amazing people in an animation team - they were wonderfully wacky and caused that out stay was full of fun.
I recommend also a trip to the desert - camels, quad bikes, sunset and a dinner in a bedouin village. We have Ahmed from Blue Style Travel Agency and it was the best of guide ever!

Client centric approach! Staff super kind and helpful. Food: not an overload of variety but fine quality and always at the right cuison and temperature: safety and hygiene first! Great diving centre on site. Management is "Solution minded" and always acts that way! Great experience. One small point of critisism: very poor WIFI infrastructure in the evening (overloaded) but when you check your email around noon the results are acceptable. After having spent time at the hotels in the neighborhood (Hilton and Red Sea Palace) we can conclude that the overall results are the best at Fayrouz.

We had a rest in this hotel tree times and we liked it a lot. But the third time appeared to be the last. Upon arrival to the hotel we were informed that the payment was not done by the touristic company.We were surprised because according to the information from them the tour would be never booked before the money will be transferred. So, we had to wait 2 hour till the hotel management allowed us to let in.

We almost forgot this incident but that was not the end of the story. We were waiting to deliver us to the airport.When the bus arrived to take us hotel management informed us that the payment for our stay in the hotel was not arrived and we are not allowed to leave. Even more, the management asked us to pay for the whole stay. This became to be interesting.

Five of us (two families) tried to do the following:
- call to the touristic company;
- negotiate with the hotel management to find out why this problem appear at the very end of our stay and what to do now;
- call to the Embassy of our country to inform that we are not allowed to leave the hotel.

But all these measures didn't work at all. It was Sunday and it was impossible to reach someone from the tours. General Manager Mr. Haggag who was usually
offering his business card to those who were waiting the departure disappeared and we could not get him involved. The phone line of the Embassy was busy all the time.

Next our step was to call police and we informed the Front Office Manager Mr. Tag that because we now appear to be hostages we will call the police. Only after that we were allowed to leave the hotel. But this is not the end of the story. We found that our baggage was hidden in the office of the hotel not to allow us to leave. Now we understood the real principles of the hotel management.

I don't want to ask questions to the hotel personnel and comment our story. Also, I don't want that Mr. Tag will make apologies in the answer to this post..

WE WILL NEVER EVER BE IN THIS HOTEL, PRINT THIS STORY IN ALL THE PLACES WE CAN AND CONSIDER THE HOTEL AND THE MANAGEMENT THE WORST WE EVER KNEW. GOOD BYE!

Thank you for taking the time to write a review about our resort

During and after your recent visit at the hotel, we have been doing our best to explain to your good self the real reasons behind the discussed situation; we are here, one more time, providing the explanation for the previously mentioned situation;

You booked the hotel via a travel agent that didn’t pay your accommodation fees to the resort. Hotel management tried its best before your arrival and during your stay to have that settled with your travel agency but that was unfortunately not possible.

We meant not to disturb and bother your stay with this fact, till your departure day from the hotel and your travel agency didn’t provide any solution.

The hotel kept suffering in order to have that sorted out, even after your departure from the hotel. If there is a party to blamed on that concern, it is the travel partner you booked the hotel with, but not at all the hotel itself.

We hope that the above clarifies the situation for your good self.

While I only had an overnight stay at the Three Corners, I was immediately impressed by the level of service, room comfort and quality of the cuisine. By all accounts - and if the warm greetings between guests and staff is any indication - this is a hotel where many of the clientele are loyal, return customers. I hope to visit again.
