The hotel is really good. I've been there for two weeks with my girlfriend. We had a good time. Food was nice, the resort was clean, staff friendly... There were just two things: hotel is basically in the middle of nowhere, so you can't go for many trips, or they cost you. The other was, that the beach is covered with corals, so the only way to go swimming is through a rusty pier, which was kind of scary. Apart from that it was a very nice experience.

Room Tip: Rooms on the ground floor have direct access to the pool. However, if you're paranoid, ask for r...

Had a great time, all the staff were very freindly, and they, laid on a Christmas Gala for us with a show afterwards. The only improvement that could be made, we think was the size of the jetty that you had to go over to get down into the water. The steps down were quite slippy, and the whole structure was small and rusty. We would have liked to have swam more but most of the days it was too windy and the red flag was flying. Food was excellent, and nearly all the staff can speak pigeon English. Camel & Horse rides were available on the beach. Although the main pools were very cold, we did swim quite a lot in the indoor pool, which wasn't packed. Most of the guests there were Eastern European.

Room Tip: Ground floor rooms had there own swimming pools right at the front of their patios.

We went here or 2 weeks in July with a 8 yr old and a 6 yr old and a 18 month old baby.
When we first got there they took us to our room an as we were unpacking we noticed it wasn't big enough it wasn't a family room
Which we asked for so we asked to move which they did our 6 yr old is disabled and they put us on the 3rd floor as there were no rooms on the bottom floor we did ask for a room
On the bottom floor when booking but clearly diddnt get it so carrying a disabled child up 3 floors every day and down every day or 2 weeks wasn't fantastic especially when it's so hot!!
The food was amazing i looked forward to it every day so much to choose from. we all loved the food.
The problem with the sinned was a issue but they did get u extra sunbeds if u wanted them
But it wouldn't be in the shade which you needed with 3 kids so I did dread every morning wether we were gonna get sunbeds in the shade every day, mostly we had to lie next to the kids club and jade would come about 1ish it was just so hot we needed shade!
The kids club was ok my older 2 enjoyed it and they diddnt leave my disabled little girl out at all but they did lock her in the kids club for about half hour and when we went to speak to the manager and told him she was Locked in he went to the animation girl and her answer was SO??? Let's just say she got told off by the manager!!!
The beach was nice u can't swim out at all which is really disappointing as there is a drop there but the water was lovely and warm and can see lovely fish too
We went on a trip the submarine it was ok but not something I recommend with 3 kids lol especially a toddler as no one let's u have a seat in the shade and remember it's like 120 on the sun
My partner and eldest girl went on the trip out on the buggy things they loved it and pictures were great.
The staff there were nice especially to the kids the guy who sells the newspapers were nice he got a bit cheeky when he have us his address so we can send him
A mobile phone out to him
So he can ring home!!
Iv been to Egypt before and the guests here was lovely
There was lots of English and my 2 girls made friends with sone other children which was nice.
We did meet a English couple and there son who had a big problem there, there little boy found a needle in there room with a spoon!! They only had a few days left they found it under there bed, they got moved to the really nice suite
We booked out holiday with on the beach it cost £1500 for all of us all inclusive so it was a amazing deal
But come the second week we got a letter saying we had to be out of our room the holiday company diddnt do the booking properly on out letters it said we were there for 2 weeks but on there system it said we were there for 1 week the staff were not very nice about this they diddnt seem to care that we were gonna be out and no where to stay with 3 kids!
My partner had a massive argument as they were really rude to us we had to ring on the beach which cost a fortune and it got all sorted out in the end but it did ruin a couple of days as it was scary to be getting thrown out!
I know the bad things Iv mentioned are bad but it was a nice hotel it sounds like a holiday from hell but the food and pools and beach did out weigh the bad points you pay for what you get it's not a 4 or 5 star but it's nice just a few problems but I woulnt gO back but I did enjoy it
A lot.

Me and my family came to this hotel 02.november 2011, we stayed for 1 week...and we are very very satiesfied with this place and hotel. We had 2 childeren with us, 5 1/2years and almost 7 years old. They were in the swimmingpools first days, and we tried the sea... The beach was so nice, and the water in the sea was very warm, warmer than in the pools :)
We are definetly coming back here, hopeing for next year ;)
The staff was good, allways clean in our room every day, and they were good to the kids...and maked nice things with the towels ;)
The food was good, the Animation team was absolutely marvelous... they had shows every night, and they were G O O D !!!
The team was working long days, with children-club in the day, and shows in the evening.
I am proud of them ;) ;)
So, I can only say: Thumps up,,,this place is the absolute place to go if you are planning a holiday with your familiy and children.
And it was many trips to go on while you were there, we wnt on Camel riding, and watching the sealife under water... I recommend that!

Haave a nice trip to Marsa Alam and the Dreams Beach :)

I miss all of them at the hotel already :)

Love Rita and familiy,

Room Tip: Extra big double-room

We came to Dreams Beach middle October 2011. We were very pleased with the hotel very clean, the staff very friendly and brilliant with children. Our room was spacious and also clean. The pools were great, the kids were in them all day every day, the animation team were brilliant, always trying their best and they work such long hours but always with a smile. Tina the kids club lady was brilliant and my little girl loved going there to play. The food was brill with lots of variety. the only thing that spoilt the hotel was the rude german customers who talked to the workers like dirt. Would definitely return.
