Overall a wonderful place. The team is superb and the hospitality is absolutely out of this world. We went for a short break with our small children. The location is beautiful and the hotel is well curated with Biodiversity as the theme. The staff from front office to restaurants to housekeeping are all brilliant and very caring. Food is great with a fair bit of variety. Lalith, the General Manager and his entire team are truly wonderful. We sure will go back.More

The resort is well located with ample of activities. The food is delicious. Rooms are neat and clean and spacious. The high tea at the beach and near the lake is the most beautiful experience. The location of swimming pool is beautiful. You can watch sea from your pool and the Jasmine bay restaurant serves great food. The rooms are made to give you a feel of hill station.

Superb location, great amenities and a very friendly staff makes staying at this resort a pleasure and an enjoyable experience. We were here between 10th and 15th June 2022. Though the resort was fully booked it did not feel crowded. Nor was there any drop in the service levels. Everyone is extremely pleasant and always eager to help. We ordered in-room dining twice and it was prompt and on-time. Even the housekeeping and room service was prompt and well done.
This resort does not have beach access but the Samudra beach is a short walk and the Lighthouse beach further 15 minutes by auto or car. There is lots to do in the resort and evenings around high-tea by the ocean is a highlight. The swimming pool is nice with a great view of the lagoon and the ocean. Plus 2 small plunge pools to chill out with beer or mojitos. The ocean facing restaurant 'Bait' has to be experienced just for its awesome location and great seafood preparations. Breakfast was a good spread too and no complaints there. Plus there are plenty of food options in Kovalam as well as Thiruvananthapuram city which is just 20 mins away by car.
Overall, its a very comfortable, well located and kid-friendly resort perfect for a few days of unwinding with your family or friends. Just a word of caution for senior citizens and parents with babies-on-prams - the resort is practically built on a hill. While there are buggies to take you around, waiting for them can be slightly boring. Many rooms are accessible only after climbing a flight of stairs. So choose your rooms accordingly.
