Ultimately very very worst exp to stay there .... please if anyone want to book this pls don’t book... room is very small and very smelly .... our last day In kovalam is very very bad ....staff is also not good to behave ...the washrooms also not clean .... they charge 3000 per day but actual cost of room not more than 1000 .... don’t go about location ... location is good but food and everything is very very cheap .... we want carton box but they guys charged 200 rs for 1 box ...... even we didn’t do breakfast bcz food s also not tasty and not fresh .....

It’s nice hotel with good view of beach but rooms are small and cleanness was low had to request to change the bed sheets and A/C makes a lot of noise the breakfast was average for the price we are paying could improve.

I found the room very spacious also the bathroom. My balcony 2 chairs and a table looking on to the sea
The staff can't do enough for you, really nice.
Location perfect, outside is where the fishermen bring in their nets early morning, walk around the corner and all the shops are there and the beach is busier
