They moved to a nice new location so we decided to try it out. Hard to find!
Server was awful... not well trained. We were 4, no one was at the place we we seated in a table for 8.... asked for a smaller table and were told plates are too big to fit...
We asked for four sangrias, when they arrived the waiter by accident spilled the entire sangria over me. I mention this because of the poor reaction from the restaurant. I was soaked... a wet cloth was brought to me and that was it.... i expected an apology, my shirt was all stained... just awful!
The onion soup tasted and texture was as if out or a pack and very difficult to eat the soaked bread. The manchego and jamón serrano sandwich full of lettuce and the racclette was tastless cheese... nothing we ordered I can recommend!
Desserts... only thing they had looked like an old red velvet cake sittilng alone.
Considering the huge accident everything was charged. 3 soups... 3 sandwiches and racletteand the 4 sangrias over $100!
Today was a really really bad day for this bistro. I hope they can fix the food and service as the place is nice.
