I reserved the chef's table for the testing menu, and I found chef Rodrigo's selection to be exquisitely creative. In my opinion, it is an unparalleled experience in Costa Rica, and could easily hold its own against the best NYC restaurants. The reservation for the chef's table has to be made a day in advance, but the flawlesss wine pairings and overall perfection makes it an unforgettable, must-have experience.
