Pimento is one of three speciality restaurants in the Real Intercontinental Hotel in San José Costa Rica and well worth a visit even if you are not staying at the hotel.
They have a wide range of Italian dishes, antipasto, pasta and main courses of meat and fish. We ate there twice and both times left very happy. The starters are excellent. The main course of corvina was prepared in accordance with their speciality "Venice" month. The seafood pasta and starter of mussels the second visit were both great. Service is impeccable, and prices are "value for money".
