We got here after work, one of the few restaurants in Puntarenas open past 6 pm. My friend and I ordered the seafood pasta and drinks. Both drinks were served quickly and cold. Just what we needed after a long, hot day working in the beach.

Before the meal came out, we were able to sample a seafood soup that was very good. The pasta was a very large portion, I was barely able to finish after being famished. The pasta had crab, clams, scallops, shrimp, and calamari. They offer it in tomato sauce, white sauce, or garlic. We chose garlic. It did not come with the requisite garlic bread or parmesan cheese but after asking for it, they brought it out with no fuss. Needless to say, the food and service was fantastic! I will definitely be back with friends!

The owner was the best...he has a tour business as well. Took us fishing, provided new bikes for us to tour around the point, and took us to see the beautiful birds in Cost Rica. He was a great part of our fantastic trip!

I will not go back there ever. There was more flys than over a garbage bag and the waiters said it was normal! There is nothing normal to me about that!

Hello Mr. Kevin, what a shame, the waitress did not know how to explain that the normal thing is that by the rainy season, the flies appear in large quantities, this being a tropical country, however we make efforts to liquidate them, we fumigate periodically, something What we do not have in favor is that the structure of our restaurant is open, I apologize for the case ..!

My taxi driver suggested this restaurant when I asked for the best seafood restaurant in Puntarenas. He was spot on! This is an outdoor dining restaurant with part of the restaurant "under cover." The view of the ocean is beautiful and if seated in the right spot, you can also view the ferry dock. The menu is varied and includes sushi certain nights of the week. I didn't have a huge appetite, so I ordered the Trilogy de Cerviche (Ceviche Trilogy) which included 4 glasses filled with Traditional, Peruvian Hot Pepper, and Red Bell Pepper and Shrimp. I especially liked the Red Pepper choice as it had a wonderful cream sauce, possibly mayonnaise but all were absolutely delicious. Before dinner, the server brought a dish of vegetable cream soup which was subtle and delicious. I enjoyed red wine (vino Tinto) with dinner and had a White Russian (Russo Blanco) after dinner. It was made with evaporated milk, I believe, but was very good. The only reason that I didn't give the restaurant a 5 star rating was the service. It was always pleasant but I had a very difficult time getting a second glass of wine, ordering an after dinner drink. The server never returned to my table except when alerted by other servers except to bring my check.
