We were so excited to be back here again at the most beautiful Marriott Hotel in
Belen, San Jose where we spend every Christmas, New Year's and Easter Holidays.
I would first like to comment on that magnificent Concierge Natalia Bdanos who
took such loving care of all of the guests, no matter what their particular needs
were and no matter how much of her time it took to resolve them. When we
checked out this past visit, she was on her way to a promotion into the Sales
Department, where we know this will be her opportunity to keep moving on and
on to even bigger and better opportunities with Marriott. We think our dear friend
Steve, that will surely be missed at the Executive Club will be now taking over
the Concierge desk and we just know, Steve too, will offer the same love and
attention and assistance to help with all of the guests needs. And speaking of
that wonderful Executive Club where my husband Sam and I are among the lucky
guests that can dine in there for breakfast in the morning or dinner in the
evening, that is truly a "privilege" not just for the wonderful food and service,
which is under the care of the beautiful lady, "Sol" as well as each of the incredibly
friendly and helpful Staff there as well, Joel, Silvia, Joan, and Steve, who will
be missed in there I am certain, since he has been moved out to the Concierge
Desk. I also want to compliment the young "trainee" Sofia, at the Executive Club
and we are hoping she will be able to stay and soon become a full-time Marriott
employee because her dynamic personality would certainly fit the picture here
at the Marriott, wherever they choose to place her.
Now recently they have decided to add another very tempting and pleasing idea
to the Executive Club, particularly in the morning when they have a special and
talented Chef come in to offer special and delicious breakfast treats, like home-
made waffles with very special dressings of fruits and so forth and on the
following morning, it might be special Pancakes, then a morning of special Omelets,
Smoothies, etc. I just want to compliment especially,the wonderful and caring,
Chef Frank Bosa, who made me the most wonderful and delicious Egg White
Omelet one morning when I told him I was allergic to egg yolks.
And "super thanks to the Front Desk Office Manager, Andrea Soto, who keeps
everyone and everything in perfect order out there so important, since these are
the first people you meet as you check in.
And one more thing......as to the first wonderful people you meet when you
arrive, first our favorite Bellman, Alexandro, the other two "special" out front,
Bellman, Alex and Carlos, because all of them take special care of your luggage,
coming and going as well as taking care of all of your "special needs" during your
stay at this magnificent Marriott Hotel. We are total Marriott "stayer's" wherever we
travel and believe me, it never gets better than this one!.
