Our entire group of 12 voted this as our least favorite place we ate during our 9 day vacation. They would not separate our tab at all with a half empty restaurant and advised us to get use our phones to split our ticket. However, that was the least of my concerns.
In the group at least half ordered the filet and it was a joke that they tried to play this off as a filet. We are from TX and know our steaks and even our 8 year old said it tasted like the bottom of his tennis shoe.
The set up and décor make for a lovely atmosphere but would not return for the food and prices you pay. A lot of other places to eat instead.

My husband and I went to dinner here and the service and atmosphere is amazing. We loved our drinks and the salmon roll special but neither one of us really liked our main dish. It is beautifully presented but it just wasn't that good... the service is amazing though!

Out of the 20 or so restaurants that my wife and I are during our time in Costa Rica this was by far the best. We went on a Saturday night and then again on Sunday. Food was exceptional and the live music on Saturday was very good. Dinner for 2 with a couple drinks, desert, appetizer and main courses was about $100.

We had a great meal at Dragonfly! Flor was our server and she did an amazing job explaining the wine selection, the specials of the evening and answering any questions we had. I had the Buddha Bowl. It was packed with veggies and had lots of flavor. Several people in our group were very pleased with the filet and loved the blackberry mojito. The potato pancake was not what was expected (more of a galette?), but was still tasty. One of my sons got the chicken with preserved lemon and said it was very good as were the seasonal veggies. Flor was the highlight of the meal, though. She was just so warm and welcoming! Our only complaint was that the live music (which was only performed for the first 20 minutes of the meal) was too loud and that it was difficult to talk to others at the table due to the volume of the performers.
